Yesterday was Bon Jovi's first Lost Highway Tour show on UK soil. Southampton was the lucky city and I was there to capture some of the action. Check out a few of my live photos up at http://www.blackvelvetmagazine.com/bonjoviphotos.htm

The band now go to Amsterdam, Brussels and Scandinavia before returning to the UK for the remainder of the UK shows. If you haven't got a ticket, try and lay your hands on one for either Glasgow, Manchester, Coventry, Bristol or either of the London Twickenham shows - and I'll see ya there.



PS. All the photographers had to wear these scary green St Mary's/Photographer bibs. I dread to think how horrific I looked. They weren't even velvet...

Were they good? I only ask because I saw them the last time they were over here and, being honest, I was a bit dissapointed. I thought it was the weakest I've ever seen them; they looked bored and tired the whole way through. Maybe it was because it was a hastily scheduled gig tacked on to the end of their UK schedule.

Well I'm a bit biased but I do think this tour has been a great one as they've been doing a lot of fan requests and changing the in some songs each show to make it a little bit different each night. The Hull gig last tour was definitely not the best show as it was as you say tacked onto the end and I think something had upset someone that day so they weren't in the best of moods. Bon Jovi's shows are usually much better than the Hull one. At the shows on this tour they've been in great spirits, and a lot of fans are really happy with the shows.
